This was projected to be a 6 month project and it was completed in 5 ½ months! Their skills and creative ideas made our homes more useful and comfortable. We wanted our kitchen and dining room completely remodeled and asked Renovations Unlimited for help. Todd Schmidt was sensitive to our tastes and budget and provided a number of different options until we had a great final design. It was a great relief to know that Todd and his team were handling all the trade contractors, building permits, and so forth. All we had to do was pick out the colors, materials and design, and Todd was able to give us the benefit of his experience and taste in making these hard choices too. Our project manager, Chris, was conscientious and thorough, and he took great pride in his craftsmanship. Because of the care Chris took in keeping the work area clean and tidy, we were able to continue living in the other half of the house with minimal disruption. This is the real world, and our project did have some minor delays and problems. Todd and Chris made it easy to get back on track with minimal fuss. Our remodel came out exactly as we had hoped. We love our new kitchen and dining room, and we are lifetime members of the Renovations Unlimited fan club. We are now working with Renovations Unlimited on a remodel of our fireplace and we see the same attention to quality and service as always. We wouldn't think of working with any other company. Since that initial job, Renovations Unlimited has been the contractor for several additional leasehold improvement projects, and they have a monthly presence handling our maintenance requirements. We are currently in the planning stage of an addition to building in 2010. After finding my place in interior design, I began to sift through contractors, architects, electricians, and painters searching for the best. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that I found the absolute best in Renovations Unlimited. Not only are they excellent renovators, but they work with excellent trade contractors as well. I was eager to have Renovations Unlimited work on my own house, and thankfully the time came for our lower level to be finished.
