We regularly engage in Design Build services with our clients. This is an interactive process that allows both the Architect and Contractor to be involved from the beginning. This is the most efficient way to complete your project from the initial concept through your project completion.

Our Design Build services range from initial consultations to preliminary design and also include construction drawings and Engineering. Design Build can be utilized with all of our services, not just our additions and major renovations.

Additional services include zoning variances, Architectural review committees, and historical preservation committee such as German Village, Victorian Village, Etc.

Additionally we consult with the decorator and landscape Architect as necessary to provide a complete turn key Design Build project for our clients.
